Global instructions
Appended to every role's prompt (between Kenso's identity and the role instructions). Instructions only — tools, model and knowledge bases stay per-role below. Leave empty & save to reset to the built-in default.

Create a knowledge base
Creates an OpenAI vector store and registers it. Assign it to roles under the Roles tab.
Chat Logs
Read-only transcripts across all roles, to see what Kenso is used for and which questions keep coming up. Authors are never shown: each chat carries a stable pseudonym so you can tell "same person" without knowing who. Anonymous visitors' chats auto-expire after 90 days; delete removes any chat immediately (e.g. GDPR erasure).

Every Responses API call Kenso makes: request payload, response, token usage and latency. Auto-expire via rolling TTL. Filters are exact matches.
